NOTES
Most of the original 4 ranks were exchanged for other ranks by various
owners. The first 24 pipes of the 16' Bourdon/Stopped Flute unit are
original to the 1924 Kimball instrument, and the balance, which is an
open wood Concert Flute, is in storage. The 8' Dulciana may be the
Dulciana added by Charles W. Allen for the Lake Burien Presbyterian
installation.
The console that came with the organ is not the original 1924 Kimball
console - which would have been a traditional horseshoe-style theatre
console. But it likely was the console acquired by Charles W. Allen for
Lake Burien Presbyterian, and was obviously a used Kimball console with
a straight stoprail.
The relay appears to have been built by Balcom and Vaughan, and was a
standard Reisner gang switch-style relay.
The Clarinet and Dulciana actually both have 73 pipes, but the relay
wasn't prepared for the 4' extensions.

NOTES
The 3-man. console was originally built by Balcom and Vaughan for their
Opus 621 in 1956 - the electrification and enlargement of a 2/7, T-P
Kimball at Our Saviour's Lutheran in Spokane,WA. When that church got a
used 3/15 Wicks from a Seattle church in 1994, Meadway & Stettner bought
the organ. The console was sold to St. Aidan's in 1996 for $500.00 in
preparation for future expansion of the organ when a new church was built.
The Great was wired to the Choir manual and the Swell to the Swell so that
the Great with its six inter-manual couplers could be used as a coupling
manual. Several stops were eliminated from the original stoplist, and the
chimes were added ca. 2000 by Sr. Warden Norman Gregory.
The organ was relocated to the new church in 2007, and set-up "as is" at
the rear of the sanctuary - just as it had been in the original church.
No tonal changes were made.
