Updated through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- The Hook & Hastings was built for the original edifice. It is not known whether it was moved "as is" to the present edifice, or if this was the rebuild by Coburn & Taylor for the new (present) church.
"Cost $1840. 21 registers. Shown in Hook as South Evanston. Replaced by 2m, 14st. Coburn & Taylor in 1907 using the case and front pipes, and possibly more of the Hook & Hastings. The Coburn & Taylor was used until 1922. Eventual fate unknown."
