The original builder was Hook-Hastings Co. (1904, Opus 2037).

Appears to be an example of "Size 7D," as described in a brochure of c. 1905. Reprinted in The Hook Opus List (see p. 192). A trumpet was added as a memorial after 1996, replacing the swell string.
