Online information received from Aaron Jackson on 2/7/2026 — Excerpt from builder’s archived website: “To make the organ sound full yet satisfying, we used Principal pipes of unusually large scale (large diameter), but we blew them gently. The Pedal Subbass also has softly-blown large scale wood pipes. The Swell Trumpet is of fairly large scale, with parallel (French) shallots but broad tongues. The Great Mixture is pitched low. The Festival Trumpet, composed of hooded pipes with large parallel shallots playing on high pressure, is playable from both manual keyboards. The hoods direct the sound horizontally toward the audience. When played from the Swell keys, the Festival Trumpet does not couple to the Great or Pedal, yet the regular Swell stops do couple to other keyboards. To help in accompanying the choir, there are suitable accompanying stops on both sides of the choir, Swell (east case) and Great (west case). The Great Harmonic Spitzflute is made of large-scale tapered pipes. It has the character of a full-sounding Spitzflute in the tenor and alto ranges so that chords sound clear, yet it blooms into a large solo harmonic flute in the treble. The Clarinet pipes are located inside the Swell box so that their loudness can be modulated. The Swell Larigot 1 1/3′ has a mildly Principal character to enable it to add the spikiness of a small Mixture to the Swell Principal chorus. Wind pressures in inches of water column: Great, Swell, and Pedal — 4″, Festival Trumpet — 7″. Electro-pneumatic valves for largest pipes. Valves for small pipe opened by electromagnets.”

Soft voices useful for accompanying the choir on both sides of the choir. Movable console with multilevel solid-state combination action. Organ casework designed and built by our firm.”
