Information provided by Wayne Johnson via Facebook:
a circa 1914 Kimball, Smallman & Frazee organ. At only 10 ranks, all under expression, this instrument is well suited for the Hall! According to the book "Pipe Organs of Arlington Massachusetts", written by the late Alan Miller Laufman" the organ was second-hand and moved to the temple in June 1925. No other records exist of its original location and no Opus Number is stamped or visible anywhere.
Some features of the organ include blind combination pistons for each manual, Swell Unison Off and Great Unison Off buttons on the key cheeks, electro-pneumatic coupler action inside the console and a very expressive swell motor. Besides a few dead notes and some broken miters in the string basses, the organ has been kept in great shape over the decades. Everything functions as intended, with the exception of the tremolo unit which is disconnected.
