This is Barton organ #234 built 1927. It is 4 manuals, 21 ranks, 7 tuned percussion and 21 orchestral traps. It is under restoration presently by Carlton Smith Pipe Organ Restoration and will be installed in the new RIT- Music Performance Theatre in Rochester, NY. Expected completion fall of 2026.

The Barton Opus 234 was purchased by Dr. Steven Ball in 2002. It has been in storage since. Recently announced, the organ will be fully restored and installed in a new 750 seat theater on the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) Campus. The theater construction is set to be finished in 2026 with construction already having begun in 2023. Further details are currently scarce.
