I may know the location of this organ. I'm doing further research, but it's possible it ended up in a private home in Ottumwa, IA.

The Swift & Co. pavilion was an open-air auditorium seating 1,700, with an expanse of 60 feet of water between the stage and the seating area; the stage was covered by a shell-like structure allowing room for the organ and orchestra to be under the roof; the organ chambers were built into the shell; Arthur Dunham designed the organ along with Charles Courboin; installation was in May 1934 and the dedication was to be in early June.
