This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ. Identified by Jim Lewis, using information found in Howard vs. Albright 129 App. Div.
Howard sued Albright in 1905 to recover $12,000, the price of the organ when installed. The major problem with the organ was that it was too soft, this being due to the very tight placement of the dummy facade pipes designed by the building's architect.
