In 1976, William E. Baker & Co. rebuilt and enlarged the existing Reuben Midmer & Son organ. William Baker, who was organist of the church at the time, also added a one-stop floating Solo division. The old Midmer console was modified by placing all of the rocking stoptabs on the left jamb, and a blind combination action was installed. Baker removed the one-manual Reuben Midmer & Son organ from the Lower Church and incorporated some of its pipes into his rebuild. He also removed the Harp.
