Identified by James R. Stettner, using information from this web site: https://sites.google.com/site/tellerspipeorgan/.
-- The organ is free-standing with exposed pipes throughout. The console is on its own platform. The instrument has 6 ranks: 4' Principal, 8' Gedeckt, 2-2/3' Nasat (tapered), and 13-note III Mixture that repeats every octave. Dr. Boeringer passed away in 2014, and the estate has the organ listed for sale for $6,000.00.
