Wurlitzer Style F

Factory date: August 24, 1926

Database Manager on May 7th, 2017:

The organ was originally installed in the Tampa Theatre in 1926. It was moved to Bayshore Baptist Church in the 1950s. It was removed when Bayshore purchased a new organ (date unknown but estimated to be 1970s) and put in storage. Acquired by the Central Florida Theatre Organ Society in the early 1980s, the pipes and blower were reinstalled in the refurbished Tampa Theatre; the console was missing and replaced by another Wurlitzer console acquired from an estate sale by the Society.

Database Manager on December 8th, 2014:

Altered and relocated existing organ. Identified by Stephen Hall, using information from this web site: http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/1985-09-07/lifestyle/03204500911theater-opened-eberson-tampa-theater.
