Altered and relocated existing organ.
Identified by T. Daniel Hancock, using information from an unidentified web site.
-- Relocated from ca. 1847 church building to new facility by Justus Becker in 1939. Installation in basement, where used in connection with the Sunday School. Becker replaced the original 2' Fifteenth with an 8' string, replaced the manual keyboard with a modern one, and removed some casework detailing for a corner installation. The instrument was subsequently purchased and restored by Raymond Brunner, who installed it in the Incarnate Word Lutheran Church of Rochester, New York in 2006.
Related Instrument Entries: Samuel Bohler (1850ca.) , Raymond J. Brunner (2006)
