Horace Dodge died in 1916 and the organ was never installed; it was put in storage. Anna Dodge, his widow, married Hugh Dillman. The first Dodge house was demolished and replaced with a second house at the same location known as "Rose Terrace," completed in 1934. Aeolian-Skinner installed the Aeolian organ in the second house.
Three reed ranks are in Tim Wilson's residence organ (The Brennan Loft) in London, Ohio. They were added to the organ by Muller in 2006.

-- The instrument had a player mechanism. According to the information from David Scribner, it was relocated to Northwestern Baptist Church, Southfield, Michigan in 1974.
