Database Manager on January 1st, 2013:

An original installation. Identified by Jeremy Horth, based on personal knowledge of the organ.
-- Organ is located in the chancel, cases are about ten feet above the chancel floor. Cases are symetrically arranged with nonspeaking façade pipes. Speaking pipes are concealed by grillework and the faux façade.
