Database Manager on September 23rd, 2019:

Updated by William L Degan, who has heard or played the organ. The 1970 Allen Organ has been removed. The music in worship is largely contemporary now, using piano and other praise team instrumentation.

Altered and relocated existing organ.
Identified by Chris Davenport, based on personal knowledge of the organ.
-- Organ located in chancel area on right-hand side. Also in the church is a 1970s electronic.

Identified through online information from William Degan. -- This organ was originally in a Methodist church in Uxbridge, MA and put in storage by Richard Hamar in 2006. Bristol Baptist Church is its second home. Richard restored the organ including the original hand pumping mechanism, but he also added an electric blower.
