It is highly likely that this organ depicted in the postcard is the 1890 organ by John Brown, described as polychromed and being installed after modifications to the chancel to receive the organ.
The Lutheran congregation met here "well into the 18th century". It has been occupied by an Episcopal congregation since 1791.
Identified through online information from Will Dunklin. -- Known from a 1907 postcard. A small pipe organ with pipe fence on 2 sides and polychromed facade pipes is visible standing the corner of the room.
