Updated through on-line information from Marilyn Polson. -- Note: In a conversation with Larry Leonard last week (May 2010) he said that the Nutting was never in his home. Apparently it went straight from Old Christ Church to storage.


Database Manager on May 4th, 2010:

Updated through on-line information from Marilyn Polson. -- This instrument, a residence organ, was a wedding gift to a Mrs. Jones. It was later donated by her grand daughter, Miss Winifred Richmond, to Old Christ Church, Bethel. It is known that it was used for a funeral in 1914. By the 1940s it stood in the church's foyer. It was purchased by Laurence Leonard and was in storage until the 1970s when it was moved to the Randolph Historical Society on permanent loan.
