Updated through online information from Andrew Henderson (December 28, 2024): The instrument was installed in February-March 1912.

Andrew Henderson on December 28th, 2024:

From The Daily Phoenix (January 30, 1912): "Final word has been received by the officials of Christ Church that the pipe organ presented to the congregation by Mr. John Ashworth will arrive in the city next week. It will be set up at once under the direction of A. L. Brown ... The organ is a very handsome one, with the front pipes in lacquered gold bronze and the mouths in gold leaf. It has tubular pneumatic action, detached console, and roll top. All the interior fittings of the console are in polished mahogany, with concave and radiating pedal-board. The case is quarter-cut oak, highly finished."

The identity of the builder was not mentioned in contemporary newspaper accounts. The instrument was touted as being the first pipe organ installed in Saskatoon.
