The 1989 Schantz work employed slider chests with electric pull-downs from Organ Supply Industries, not EP Blackinton-type slider chests as noted.

During the Basilica's renovation in 2004-2006, Andover updated the organ console: "the electronics were upgraded and a 30-note concave-radiating pedalboard installed and the console made movable on casters."

Updated through online information from Mark Hurley. -- The organ was totally playable before the current renovation of the Basilica. Most of the organ's pipes, save the largest, were put into storage by the Andover Organ Company. Organ will be reassembled upon the renovation project at the Basilica.
The original builder was Hilborne Roosevelt (1884, Opus143).
Uses Hall case of 1817. Rebuild of 1884 Hilborne Roosevelt Op. 143. Flat pedalboard. Roosevelt pipework unchanged.
