The organ cost $6,400, half of which was donated by Andrew Carnegie. Originally, there was a pipe facade; later, the stained glass window of the ascending Christ was moved from the rear of the church and replaced the facade.
Updated through online information from G. Mark Caldwell.
This church was where Roger A. Banks' mother was a pillar until her passing several years ago. Roger has made several tonal changes to clarify the ensemble, but the bones of the original 1913 Moller are still there. The original Moller chests have been removed and replaced with direct electric chests before Roger Banks assumed the curatorship.
Identified through information in List of More than 5200 Moller Pipe Organs (Hagerstown, Maryland. M. P. Möller, 1928).
