Updated through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- This organ was never installed in Faith Lutheran Church. It went directly from the Carmel Swedish Lutheran to Pastor Simonson's residence. When Rev. Simonson passed away, the family came to Rev. Robert Langsteth (ret., Faith Lutheran, Calumet) who helped arrange donation of the organ to the Keweenaw Heritage Center in Calumet. Source: phone conversation with Rev. Langsteth on 11/8/07.

Relocated from Faith Lutheran, Calumet, MI. Built for Carmel Lutheran (cost $1500), electric blower added 1903. Carmel merged with Bethlehem Lutheran in 1964 to become Faith Lutheran. Simonson was a former pastor at Carmel. Stop list.
