Database Manager on September 24th, 2008:

Updated through on-line information from Greg Wimpey. -- This organ is not in storage at this location as was recorded in the OHS PC database. Current status is unknown. This organ was apparently installed at the previous building of First Unitarian (also known in some sources as "Unity Church") at 19th and Broadway in Denver; that building was vacated in 1958 and demolished shortly afterward. If this organ was moved to 1400 Lafayette St., nobody at the church today seems to know about it. The fire referenced in an earlier note may be the 1985 fire at 1400 Lafayette St., as no 1895 fire is known to me.

Database Manager on October 30th, 2004:

From previous building at 19th & Broadway. Removed 1958. In storage in basement of this building. This building was previously 1st Plymouth Congregational. Previous (1895) building destroyed by fire 8 Dec 1895.
