Updated through online information from Don Hurd. -- Most University of Cincinnati organ recitals are currently held off-campus in area churches. This organ is mainly used to accompany instrumental programs.

Identified through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- This was a project of tonal renovations and additions, plus a console upgrade with a Lucas solid state combiantion action and multiple memories. The organ is installed at the front of the room with the Great and Pedal exposed atop a chamber pedestal which houses the unexpressive Positiv. The Swell is expressive behind the exposed pipes on the right side. The organ was originally a gift of Mr. & Mrs. John J. Strader. The 1982 work was again made possible by the generosity of the Straders. The refurbished organ was dedicated in recital on October 10, 1982. Guests recitalists were Todd Wilson, and original (1970) recitalists David Mulbury and Roberta Gary. Tonal additions/changes included the addition of a 2-2/3' Quinte and 8' Trompete on the Great plus recomposition of the Mixture. The former Great 8' Krummhorn which had also been playable on the Positiv was permanently relocated to the Positiv. The Swell Plein Jeu mixture was increased in size, and the 8' Voix Celeste reduced from 56 to 49 pipes. The Pedal IV Mixture was reduced from IV to III ranks, and the 4' Nachthorn was unified to play at 2'pitch as well.
