Database Manager on August 14th, 2018:

Updated by William C. Frierson, who has heard or played the organ. William C. Frierson also named this publication as a source of information: Atlanta Journal and Constitution 1940 and 1942 articles stating that supervision and tonal voicing completed by G. Donald Harrison and signed affidavit (2018) by past organist, Jerry Black stating that construction and tonal voicing was done by G.Donald Harrison. This is an unaltered and currently fully operational. Partial removal of the facades were restored and re-installed in 2013.
\r\nThis Aeolian-Skinner Opus 1004 is an original unaltered G.Donald Harrison Instrument, built under direct supervision and voiced (tonal finishing) by G.Donald Harrison and is in good condition and is used regularly.
