Leonardo Ciampa on July 15th, 2023:

I respectfully dispute the statement "The organ has been renovated with changes from its original state." There were no known "changes." This is AUTHENTIC E. M. Skinner.

Stephen St.Denis on April 28th, 2020:

Blessed Sacrament’s church organ was dismantled piece by piece in 2016 and transported to the A. Thompson-Allen Company LLC of New Haven, Conn., where it underwent a complete and historically accurate restoration. Prior to the 2016 removal, Opus 736 was one of the few 3 manual Skinner Organs extant that was in completely original condition. In 2016, the organ was in use and playable but in need of major work. The removing of the organ coincided with needed structural repairs to organ chamber in the central bell tower. The organ was reinstalled in its original location in the rear gallery of the church during the spring and summer of 2019. On October 6, 2019 Thomas Murray gave a recital to celebrate the reinstallation of Skinner Organ Co, Opus 736. The organ is in frequent use.
