Factory date: February 21, 1919

Built for Piccadilly Theatre, Rochester, New York. In 1933, moved to Northeast Temple Lodge, Buffalo, New York. Later installed in private home in Lockport, New York; in 1965, moved to Three Coins in the Fountain Restaurant in Louisville, Colorado. In 1975, moved to a pizzeria in Provo, Utah; when the pizzeria closed, Marian Cook rescued the organ, had it rebuilt and enlarged from 16 ranks to 19 ranks, and in 1982 donated the organ to Colorado State University. The organ was installed in the Lory Theatre in 1983; it was rebuilt in 1997 by Ed and Patty Zollman, of Wichita, Kansas. The last concert in the Lory Theatre was played by Kevin Utter on March 11, 2011.
