Shawn P. Keith on January 18th, 2023:
In about 2014 the heavily altered vintage 1954 Moller console came into the inventory of S.P. Keith & Associates, LLC following the overhaul of the instrument by Reuter in 2012. The console was broken up for parts, with certain decorative elements being incorporated into a Michigan home and the keyboard stack destined for St. John's Cathedral in Quincy IL, though it is not known if they have yet been incorporated into that console.

Database Manager on March 17th, 2010:
Updated through online information from Jeff Scofield. -- The 1949 job was an R-series opus number utilizing the Kilgen console; Möller added a new console in 1954 as Op. M-8014; R- is for rebuild and M- for miscellaneous like consoles and other parts; the Tibia knobs were of a different style, suggesting that they were not added by Moller.

Database Manager on March 1st, 2008:
Updated through online information from James R. Stettner. -- This was the completion of the 1930 Geo. Kilgen & Son instrument - intended to be 60 ranks, but only 30 ranks installed. The 1949 Möller work included tonal additions, new chests, etc. A 60th rank - a unit Tibia - was added after the initial rebuild/enlargement. In the 1990s, the console and relay were upgraded with a new Peterson Orgaplex solid state system inc. MIDI. The church has just signed a contract with Bogue Organs of Downers Grove, IL for a major rebuild of the organ, to include a new console, additional ranks, new chests, repairs, etc. All existing pipework will be retained. Some previously removed pipework will be returned to use. Source: church website.

Database Manager on December 7th, 2007:
According to information received from Stephen Schnurr, Möller did not assign a new opus number to any instrument for this church. This is possibly a rebuild of an existing instrument.

Database Manager on September 5th, 2005:
Identified through online information from Ray Smithee. -- This is a grand instrument from Möller in an incredible sanctuary. The sanctuary's interior was designed by the same man who did the Roxy Theater in New York City. The divisions include: Great; Swell; Choir; Positiv; Pedal and Antiphonal. Natural keys are ivory. The sound is heroic.
