Founded in 1978 by Siegfried Schulte after working since 1955 for Willi Peter in Cologne. First workshop was in Ordenthal-Sheuren. In 1986 the company moved to Kürten-Bechen. Siegfried's son, Oliver, joined the company as an apprentice in 1997 and took over the firm in 2006.
