Skinner firm of Dorchester, Massachusetts, c. 1915, 'benchman'; with A. B. Felgemaker of Erie, Pennsylvania; established his own firm in Columbus, Ohio, 1908; city councilman, 10 years, mayor of Columbus, Ohio, 1932-1936; died August 5, 1938 in Columbus, Ohio.
