According to Mr. James Chubb of Toronto, this person is believed to actually be Lorenzo E. Morel, as he can find no records of Léonard E. Morel. The confusion may have arisen because his nameplates read "L.E. Morel" while the available information "all points to Lorenzo or L.E.Morel as he appears to have referred to himself."
