(Established by Edward L. Crome in Los Angeles, California, 1904?*); active in 1988.

*The parentheses and question mark are in Fox's Guide. Assuming Edward L. Crome and the 1904 date are correct, this presents a conflict with the entry for Crome & Varnum where Edward L. was partner with James Varnum in 1906. The simplest resolution would be that Crome opened his solo venture in 1904, took on a partner for a year in 1906, then resumed business under the previous name. —Ed.
